Happy Tuesday, 6th Grade!
Today, we are going to start a nonfiction unit that focuses on integrating multiple sources as a way to better understand a topic.
Take out your Writing About Reading Section in your notebook and make three columns.
The topic of this week's article is how much daily screen time a tween should be exposed to. This is going to be very interesting now because ALMOST everything we do at the moment has to do with screens. Take a minute or two before you read and/or listen to the article to write down what you know about the advantages and disadvantages of using a screen for long or short amounts of time. Think about how life was like BEFORE E-Learning and how it is now....what is similar? What is different?
