It's TUESDAY!!
I hope you are doing well. Today, is the next step in our Middle Ages Saint Project! So far, you had to research your saint and come up with a creative drawing of your saint. Today's task is to WRITE AND PRACTICE a 3-4 minute presentation about your saint. This presentation will be given in some form Thursday (but more about that below!) We want to hear all about your saint. What was their life like? Why did they become a saint? What is their historical significance? Remember, for this assignment, you are a historian! You may write your presentation in your notebook, on loose leaf, or index cards.
On Thursday, I am going to hold a Zoom Meeting JUST FOR 6TH GRADE! During this meeting, you guys will present your saints to each other and to me! I will leave the link down here so you can all get in. If you can not make the meeting, you will need to make a video of your presentation and send it to me! You can use your phone to record, BUT I'd really like you to try to join the Zoom Meeting.

Today's Goal: Write a Presentation for your Saint Project
To Dos:
- Using the information you researched and the picture your created, write a 3-4 minute presentation about your saint.
- This presentation can be in your notebook, on loose leaf, or an index card.
- Your presentation should inform us about the life of your saint (5 W's), why they became a saint, and what is their historical significance.
- Practice your presentation in front of a sibling, parent, relative, pet, and/or mirror. This way you will know how long your presentation is and if you need to add more information!
- Prepare to present on THURSDAY AT 1:OO PM in a Zoom Meeting just for 6th grade!
- If you can not attend, e-mail me and we will discuss your video requirements.
Please e-mail me with any questions!
