Hi 7th Grade!
Today, we are going to review the concept of imagery. Let's take out our notebooks and turn to the Mini-lesson section so we can write our statement.
Readers identify and analyze imagery in fiction texts as a way to better visualize the story.
Now, let's take a few notes:
Think about your favorite season. Write a 5 SENTENCE PARAGRAPH using imagery to describe your favorite season. What things will the reader see, touch, taste, smell, hear, and feel through your description?
Write your paragraph in the box below and then take 20 minutes to read your independent book, thinking about the imagery the author used.
To Dos:
Tomorrow...we will have a Zoom Meeting @ 1:00PM.
